Use this cool website to make animated flip books. It works just like drawing a flipbook. Labor-intensive. I'm not sure how to share them though and I haven't used it with the kids yet because it's blocked by websense at my school.

GoAnimate is a way to easily create animations and share with friends. Students can make their own free accounts. Teachers can make a classroom account for students. 

iStop Motion

iStopmotion is software that easily create stop motion animations and time lapse videos on your Mac. It is soooo easy.

Xtranormal

"If you can make movies, you can type." Xtranormal is a super cute online animation and movie making tool. My Peace Corps teacher friend Sarah just told me about it. I think I might sign up for a very reasonably priced teachers account. You only pay .50 cents for each student. Thanks Sarah!
